Hailey Bieber has opted not to comment on the TikTok drama where users have suggested she and Kylie Jenner were “mean girl” bullies to Selena Gomez. (Jenner and Gomez shut down speculation in one instance that any bullying was happening, and Gomez called on fans to refrain from posting mean comments on her and Hailey’s social media pages.)
Instead, the model, who was photographed on vacation in Cabo this week, maintained a business as usual approach on her social platforms. Today, she shared a birthday tribute to her husband and Gomez’s ex Justin Bieber. It comes the same day as Justin cancelled the rest of his Justice tour dates.
Hailey kept her message short, sweet, and to the point, avoiding reference to any controversy. “29 never looked so good ☺️” Hailey wrote to Justin. “Happy Birthday to you best friend! Words couldn’t possibly sum up all that you embody. So here’s to more joy, more travel, yummy food, adventures, more peace, fun, and most of all more love. ✨🥳” Hailey shared a carousel of new photos of them together, giving her followers a little look into their four-year marriage. A childhood photo of Justin finished the gallery.
Hailey’s post comes days after Vogue Australia released a cover story on her where Justin interviewed her. At one point, he asked her, “What is your favorite thing about being married?”
“Mmm … My favorite thing about being married is honestly the companionship I feel we have,” Hailey answered. “Genuinely, you are my best friend in the entire world. There’s nobody I would rather spend more time with or do anything with.”
